  • For monthly or subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
  • For project-based work, cancellations made after work has commenced may be subject to partial billing for hours or resources already invested.

Refund Policy

Because our services are custom and digital in nature, we generally do not offer full refunds once work has started. Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 5-7 working days. However, we strive to be fair and transparent.

Subscription Services

  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Before Project Initiation

A full refund may be issued if cancellation is requested before any work has commenced.

After Project Initiation

A partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed, less administrative or resource costs.

No refund will be issued for:

  • Services that have been fully delivered.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, missing content).
  • Customized or third-party tool subscriptions purchased on your behalf.
